Throughout the night, guests will taste five blind wine pairings featuring carefully selected Italian wines from Flemming’s Wine and Spanish wines from VinoDuerO:

• Lighter White Wine
• Full-Bodied White Wine
• Everyday Red Wine
• Complex Red Wine

Each wine will be perfectly paired with dishes created by Riccardo Lucque and his team at Laboratorio, creating a seamless dialogue between wine and cuisine.

This experience is not about winners or losers.
Not about deciding which wine is better.
