Llopart has been making quality sparkling wines since 1887, firmly defending the traditional method, respecting sustainability and seeking the authenticity of long-aged sparkling wines.
Since the beginning of 2019, their bottles have boar the name CORPINNAT, the collective brand of the European Union of which they are co-founders. This brand distinguishes the great sparkling wines made in the heart of the Penedés region, with local grapes, 100% organic, harvested by hand and vinified entirely on the property.
Serving temperature: 6 - 8ºC
Tasting note synopsis: pale cherry-pink colour, bright and attractive. Small and lively bubbles. Fruity exuberant aroma: forest fruits, red apple and balsamic notes. Good structure and prolonged aftertaste. A unique rosé, with the Mediterranean flavour of Monastrell grapes.
