Liberso is an allegory to freedom. A premium Verdejo from 18 micro-vinifications from different plots. This wine first ferments on its fine lees for 6 months, then ages for another 7 months in French, American, and Hungarian oak barrels of various sizes.

Tasting note synopsis: Golden yellow, clean, bright. Complex nose, very aromatic, first revealing fruit, then evolving to spiced, balsamic, and toasted aromas from its barrel aging. Fresh on the palate, with balanced acidity. Silky, with great volume and a pleasant, long aftertaste.
