This wine is made with grapes from 7 different plots, with a total of 6.7 ha. The proximity of the sea to the vineyards wields a remarkable influence on the fruit, giving a fresh, aromatic and elegant wine, whose complexity and structure surprise when tasting it.
Ageing of 6 months on its lees, providing greater intensity in colour, aroma and flavour.

Serving temperature: 6 -8 ºC
Tasting note synopsis: bright yellow. Citrus fruits with mineral notes. In the mouth, it is balanced and broad. Good acidity, with a likeable salinity end. Cantabrian Sea in its pure state.
Pairing: fantastic together with any kind of sea products and fish, as well as rice, seafood pasta, cheese, vegetables and white meats.
