White wine, young.
Grapes variety: Albariño, Loureiro and Treixadura.
Certificate of Origin Rías Baixas.
Place of production: Pontevedra, Galicia, Spain.
Manual harvesting and strict control at the reception area.
Maceration of the grapes for 6 hours at 8ºC.
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks for approximately 3 weeks, at a low controlled temperature, in order to preserve all its characteristic aromas. The three grape varieties are fermented separately. Afterwards, the ideal combination is decided by tasting.
Alcohol: 12,5%
Optimal serving temperature: 8 - 10 ºC.
Tasting note synopsis: Intense straw yellow colour. Lemon, apple and balsamic herbs aromas. Fresh, with a light saline hint and citrus flavour that invite you to continue drinking.
Pairing: Perfect with all kinds of seafood and fish, as well as fresh cheese, foie, chicken, rice dishes and pasta.
Awards: 87 points Peñín (2019).
