Tasting note synopsis: Lemon yellow colour, bright. Citrus and apple aromas stand out on the nose, with subtle floral aromas. In the mouth, it is characterized by its freshness. Balanced acidity, certainly pleasant.
Pairing: ideal to have a glass with the appetizer, as well as all kinds of seafood and fish.
