It is a Protected Designation of Origin limited to around twenty Spanish wineries whose soils, climate and location make it possible to obtain exceptional wines.
Ageing: 12 months in French oak barrels.

Serving temperature: 16 - 18 ºC
Tasting note: Intense purple colour. Complex and Subtle. Black fruits, violets and spices, with notes or liquorice. Velvety texture, harmonic and persistent. An elegant unique wine.
