This UNANIMOUS wine is made with grapes from three ancient fields ubicated in the "Pago de San Vicente" area, which is very close to the "La Maricana" plot. The area is protected by Mount Pinadillo, protecting the grapes from the North winds, and whose ecosystem is full of holm oaks and aromatic plants such as thyme and rosemary.
UNANIMOUS Pago de San Vicente is only made in the years of outstanding quality of the grapes.
Grapes variety: 65% Tempranillo, 25% Bobal, 5% Garnacha, 5% Albillo Mayor.
Certificate of Origin: Ribera del Duero.
Place of production: Fuentecén, Burgos - Spain.
Manually harvested and cautiously selected.
12 months in extra fine-grained French oak barrels, part of them new.
Settle of no less than 12 months in a bottle, under optimal temperature and humidity conditions.
Limited production: 6.142 bottles (2021)
Alcohol: 13.8%
Tasting note synopsis: Cherry red, clean and bright. Intense and fruity nose. Complex. Wide and fresh mouth, fruity and with pleasant species hints. Elegant, with long persistence. It shows the faithful expression of one of the best areas of Ribera del Duero in Burgos.
