UNANIMOUS Finca la Maricana is exclusively made from a single field of 1.04Ha, planted in 1920. The area is near a hill of oaks, full of thyme and rosemary, and habituated by several bee hives.
Grapes variety: 60% Tempranillo, 35% Garnacha, 5% Albillo Mayor.
Certificate of Origin: Ribera del Duero.
Place of production: Haza, Burgos - Spain.
Manually harvested and cautiously selected.
12 months in extra fine-grained French oak barrels, part of them new.
Settle of no less than 12 months in a bottle, under optimal temperature and humidity conditions.
Limited production: 1050 bottles.
Alcohol: 14.1%
Tasting note synopsis: cherry red, clear, bright. High intensity, elegant and delicate. Creamy, fragrant and full of red fruits. Subtle minerality. Well balanced, good acidity and persistent. Faithfull to the Tempranillo and Garnacha varieties present in the field.
