This harvesting is manual and very tedious. Albillo Mayor was a despised variety for decades. Today is normally found in old vineyards, scattered among red varieties, which makes it necessary to walk through the fields to take it.
Aging for 11 months, using special Sylvain oak barrels for white wines, new and with extra fine grain.
Limited production: 2.200 bottles.

Tasting note synopsis: straw yellow tone. Fruity (pineapple, grapefruit) and creamy. Intense, fresh.
Awards: chosen among the 7 best and most representative monovarietals Albillo Mayor.

TASTING NOTE:
APPEARANCE
Very faint straw yellow tone. Clean and bright.
AROMAS
Fruit aromas stand out with a background of pineapple and grapefruit, original of the Albillo variety, with a creamy background. Good acidity and intensity.
PALATE
Elegant, complex and fresh. Good intensity and a pleasant bitter finish, very typical of the variety.
