Grapes variety: 100% Tempranillo from vineyards that are 28 years old on average.
Certificate of Origin Ribera del Duero.
Place of production: Fuentecén, Burgos - Spain.
Manual harvesting and strict selection of the grapes, only collecting the best 5% of the production (42Ha.). These grapes are a clone that comes from the mother field "La Tejera", the family's centennial vineyard.
Ageing of 11 months in American/French oak barrels.
Minimum of 4 months in bottle.
Limited production: 12.000 bottles.
Alcohol: 13.6%
Tasting note synopsis: cherry-red, bright. Creamy, very fruity, fragrant. Intense and persistent.
Awards: Peñín 91 points (2020).

TASTING NOTE:
APPEARANCE
Cherry red color, clean and bright, intense colour.
AROMAS
Good intensity, elegance and finesse in the foreground. Lots of red fruit, creamy, delicate but very fragrant. Subtle presence of toast from oak. Very low astringency.
PALATE
Balanced, sweet, slightly lactic, with good acidity, persistent, fruity. Faithful representative of vineyards of the Tempranillo variety.
