Sei Solo is an exclusive wine not made every year, but only in selected exceptional vintages.
The wine is made from ancient and small fields, treating each batch separately. The malolactic fermentation is made in 2-year-old barrels, creating a wine with a very personal style and no excess of wood.
Aged for 17 months in 600-litre French oak barrels. Subsequent rounding of at least 12 months in bottle.
Alcohol: 14.5%
Tasting Note Synopsis: Purplish red colour. Intense but fruity, full-bodied. Fine tannic structure, elegant. Stand out persistence in the palate.
