Serving Temperature: 6–8 ºC
Tasting Note Synopsis: Pale yellow color with golden highlights. Silky, persistent bubbles. On the nose, ripe white fruit and Mediterranean aromatic herbs combine with toasted, nutty, and spicy notes from aging. On the palate it is fresh, balanced, and enveloping. A seductive cava with character.
