Red wine, oak-aged.
Grapes variety: 60% Syrah, 40% Tempranillo.The grapes are harvested from vineyards with an average age of more than 15 years and 5.000kgs/Ha of average production.
I.G.P. Vinos de Castilla y León.
Place of production: Villaverde de Medina, Valladolid, Spain.
Manual harvesting, selecting the best bunches.
Ageing of 11 months in French and American oak barrels.
Ageing of at least 6 months in bottle.
Alcohol: 13,5%
Optimal serving temperature: 14 - 16 ºC.
Tasting note synopsis: cherry red colour. Red and black fruit aromas, combined with vanilla, liquorice and toasted notes. Complex and well-balanced.
Pairing: perfect to accompany soups and creams, sausages and meats, whether grilled, roasted or stewed.

Nose: It shows a high aromatic intensity, in which the aromas of red and black fruits (raspberry, blueberry and blackberry) stand out, which harmonize with a well-integrated barrel, which provides hints of vanilla and other spices, toffee, liquorice and toasted notes.
Mouth: The palate is round and balanced, appearing again the red and black fruits that stand out in the wine.
