From our winery, we had a real interest in providing international projection to our winery. That´s the reason why we came up with the production of our own red wine, under one of the most internationally prestigious designations of origin: Rioja.
The orientation and altitude of this 6Ha plot give its grapes a unique ripening point. Not satisfied, we made a very specific selection, to be able to get a different and exceptional wine.
Ageing of 12 months in French oak barrels.
Minimum of 6 months of ageing in a bottle.
Alcohol: 13%
Serving temperature: 14 -16 ºC
Tasting note synopsis: cherry-ruby colour. Easy entry, with soft tannins. Fresh and friendly, showing light balsamic and a hint of spice. An extraordinary elegant wine, persistent and with a balanced palate.
Pairing: ideal to drink alone or to accompany Mediterranean cuisine dishes, any kind of meat stews, rice and legumes.
